Home Rhythm

An experiment in running one household with AIOne household, with AI

Making family life feel less mentally loud.

The mental load of running a family is real, relentless, and weirdly interesting. Home Rhythm is where I write and build around it. AI is part of it. So are the forms.

Home should not feel like another job.

Home Rhythm is my experiment in using AI to make that invisible work easier to see, sort, and act on — not to automate the family, but to lower the volume.

Capturing the mess, finding what matters now, and leaving enough room to actually live here.

Every household runs on its own weird logic. This one is mine — experiments, bugs, jokes, and all. I write down what actually happens. Take whatever's useful and iterate your own rhythm.

Half journal, half lab notebook.

Written from the middle of the experiment.

Home Flow

Home Flow is the app at the center of this experiment — built for one specific household: mine. It's not for download; it's for stealing ideas from. Every feature exists because something in this house demanded it. I write about what building it teaches me — about AI, about software, and about why I need a place to put the things my brain keeps rehearsing.

See how it works Very early. Very real. Currently knows too much about laundry.

I left RevOps and accidentally became the Chief of Home.

I’m Vicky. I used to run revenue operations — which mostly meant helping companies figure out the goals, systems, and important things nobody wanted to own.

Now I’m on a career break with two small humans, and somehow the operating model followed me home.

Home Rhythm is where I’m writing and building from inside that transition — apparently I am still in ops.

Follow the experiment.

New Field Notes by email, every week or two — what worked, what flopped, what I’d steal if I were you.

Email updates are coming soon. For now, new notes will show up here when life and the experiment allow.
